Abelina Shop is not responsible for items lost in the mail or shipping delays once the item is in the care of USPS. Please contact the post office with your tracking number to get an update or submit a claim. 

If anything in your package arrives broken please reach out within 2 business days with a picture so I can file a claim and send a new one or refund you- depending on my current inventory and supplyÂ
